If your are a Phoenix Native, you are surely familiar with My Big Fat Greek Restaurant a local chain serving up the best Greek Food in town. The location in Downtown Phoenix at the Arizona Center is especially nice due to the massive patio looking out onto the gardens of the complex. The wait staff is eager to help and friendly, there is always a place to sit and rarely a wait, and the cheese is on fire... on purpose. Theres no better way to start a meal than with a flaming plate of cheese, and the only place in the Valley doing Saganaki well is My Big Fat Greek Restaurant. Follow it with the beautiful hummus trio and some warm soft pitas or a Greek salad but make sure to save plenty of room for the main course.
